What other activities might a mentee and mentor do together? Here are a few activities that you might consider. However, what you do is up to you and your mentor/mentee.
Attend a relevant meeting, workshop or conference together. Afterwards discuss and reflect on the event, what occurred, what was learned, etc.
Go to breakfast or lunch together either as a mentoring meeting or for fun.
Have the mentor introduce the mentee to people in the industry that could help the mentee achieve her or his goals.
Discuss the projects you each have worked on and the lessons you learned.
Share your resumes and talk about how your different positions have supported your career goals.

Tour each others work sites.
Share tips on professional reading (books, blogs, web site, journals).

Visit another library (where neither of you work).
Jointly conduct an information interview with another librarian/information professional.
