Continuing Education Calendar
The CLRC Continuing Education Calendar is a
"LIVE" document and is updated with new training opportunities during the 6-month period. Check back for other events.
Access to continuing education information for the NYS library community is available through one convenient web site provided by the NYS3Rs.
Registration Policy 
When completing the form, please register each person for each workshop on a separate copy of the form and complete all requested information. Forms may also be faxed to CLRC at 315/446-5590 or e-mailed to registration at clrc dot org.
You are encouraged to register early for workshops, especially those where seating is limited.
The deadline for registration and payment is always one week prior to the event. Registrations will not be accepted after this date. Payment (if applicable) must be mailed prior to the event in order for there to be workshop materials available for you. We will not make registration packets for those who do not pay in advance. Registrations are not complete until payment has been received. Please note that this policy will strictly be enforced as of January 2007.
Please be sure to include your e-mail address and phone number on the registration form as occasionally events are cancelled because of weather. It is the policy of the Council to cancel training if fewer than 3 people are registered for training. If a session is cancelled, participants will be contacted at least 3 days prior to the workshop. One-on-one training for any of our Internet classes is available on an appointment-only basis.
**In order to qualify for the CLRC's DHP organization rate: you must represent a nonprofit organization, such as an archives, library, historical society, museum, or other organization that holds, collects, and makes available historical records (i.e.: local history collections, manuscripts, photograph collections, organizational records, etc.), and your organization must be located within the CLRC region of Onondaga, Oneida, Madison, and Herkimer counties.
Refund & Confirmation Policy
Refunds of registration fees are made only when requested 3 business days or more prior to the event. Participants who pay and do not show up for the event
will not receive a refund; workshop materials will be mailed to them after the event.
Confirmation CLRC does
NOT send confirmation letters or receipts unless you have requested it on your registration form.
